Art inspire Art

I was doing a ballet photo shoot with the beautiful Sarah Lapointed, She is part of the First Company Charlotte Ballet, and then my friend and extraordinary makeup artist Gregory Lawrence asked me a question: What inspired you to do this concept?

I was thinking so many things in that moment but after the photoshoot, I made the same question to myself, what inspired me to do this concept?

I think my source of inspiration for this concept came from photographers that I admire, like Anna Leibovitz, Mario Testino, John McNelly; they cover this concept already in amazing ways and of course for some movies I watched before like Black Swan, First Position, Ballerina.

The Ballet as an art bring a lot inspiration for itself, usually I don’t repeat a concept when is a personal project but I really like the ballet theme! With that being said, I will try to do more about this amazing art.
